Google Calendar
Sharp Tack Receptionist connects to your Google Calendar so it can book appointments during a call.
When you connect your calendar, you choose which calendars it may use. The assistant checks those calendars for free/busy times only — it does not read the titles, descriptions, guests, or locations of your existing events. It uses that availability to offer callers times that genuinely work, then creates the appointment on the calendar you selected. It can also update or cancel appointments it created, if a caller phones back to reschedule.
It never reads, changes, or deletes events it did not create. You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your account settings, or revoke access directly from your Google Account.
